By accessing or using OOWOMAN, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Eligibility
OOWOMAN is a women-only platform. To use the service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Identify as a woman.
- Complete our verification process.
- Provide accurate information during registration.
Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately through the app or via our contact page.
Community guidelines
OOWOMAN is a safe space. The following are not permitted:
- Harassment — bullying, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any member.
- Impersonation — creating fake accounts or pretending to be someone else.
- Non-consensual sharing — posting someone's private images, data, or conversations without consent.
- Spam — unsolicited promotions, MLM recruitment, or repetitive content.
- Illegal activity — any content that violates applicable law.
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. Our moderation team reviews reports within 2 hours for urgent cases.
Content ownership
You own everything you post on OOWOMAN. By posting, you grant us a limited license to display your content within the platform. We will never use your content for advertising, sell it, or share it outside the platform without your explicit consent.
Anonymous posting
When you post anonymously, your identity is hidden from other users but visible to our moderation team. This ensures accountability while protecting your privacy. Abuse of anonymous posting to harass others will result in account action.
Limitation of liability
OOWOMAN is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep the platform safe and reliable, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
