Privacy Policy

Our commitment

OOWOMAN is built on the belief that your data belongs to you. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't build profiles to monetize your attention. This privacy policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and phone number for verification purposes. This information is used to confirm your identity and maintain a women-only community.

Content you create

Posts, comments, messages, and group activity are stored to provide the service. Anonymous posts are stored separately from your identity — other users cannot see who posted them.

Usage data

We collect basic analytics (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the platform. This data is aggregated and never sold to third parties.

What we don't do

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use secure, industry-standard infrastructure and conduct regular security audits. Access to user data is restricted to essential team members on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Changes to this policy

We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of OOWOMAN after changes constitutes acceptance.
